1. Processing, Shipping, and Handling

  • Processing Time: 2-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Regular Shipping: 5 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Shipping Reminder:
  • The combined processing period (2-4 business days) and shipping time (5 business days) means you will receive your order within 10 days. However, if you order via email, messaging, or social media, and pay through PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App, you can receive your hair in 3-4 business days as this bypasses the online processing period.

2. Order Modifications

  • We try to accommodate order modifications but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.

 

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • Order Modifications: While we don’t accept returns, we will do our best to assist with modifications before the order is processed, but changes are not guaranteed.
